A backup snapshot of the current draft is saved before the refresh runs. Any value that contradicts the new live reading is surfaced as a conflict for review before freeze.
Resolve each conflict to clear the freeze blocker. No new refresh is triggered from this view.
Freezing creates an immutable snapshot used by the issuer. Refresh-from-live is disabled until the pack is re-opened.
Issuance is logged with your user, the frozen snapshot, and a timestamp. Board readers will receive a deep link to the issued pack.
This creates a draft snapshot from live risk register, watchlist, KRI/Limit, owner, and follow-up data. It does not change the risk register.
This removes the draft board pack and its preparation wording. The risk register, watchlist, KRI/Limit values, and monitoring data will not be changed.
